Have you considered doing specific kettlebell exercises unrelated to normal weightlifting ? You could do it like supersets and h.i.i.t style.

Both youtubers train with specific kettlebell exercises like swings, pulls, snatches, cleans, presses etc you should try it

I’ve seen a few of those kettlebell exercises but I’ve only tried the rly basic ones. I’ll check it out :rainbowpls: Would these exercises still help with muscle growth or just strength and endurance?

i started with ppl, switched to arnold for a bit, back to ppl, did a/p for a while and now im doing full body 3x a week

You can do whatever you like, but most of the time kettlebell trainings are full body circuits, meaning you're gonna do 5 or 6 exercises without rest, take 2min to rest, then doing it 4 or 5 times.
It's a mix of muscle building and cardio.

To note, most specific kettlebell exercises are mainly posterior chain.
Meaning back, legs, shoulders, core, and forearms

Remind me to send you a pm tomorrow about it, because you also need to practice the kettlebell special exercises before really entering in a workout mode (for example if it stays do 10 snatches wtf are snatches)

Is your kettlebell feels heavy or light to you ? For example shoulder presses

Heavy, like if I do shoulder presses, I can only do like 5-6 reps with good form

It's gonna be a problem for upper body movements (except swings and pulls) do you have the possibility to buy other kettlebells or adjustable ones ? Hexagonal dumbbells, resistance bands.. stuff like that ?

Ye I switch to it too recently

Been pretty good. Just the time is more consuming than normal but it’s still not too long

Imo you should try this beginner workout, it's the simplest thing you can do, because there not most specific exercises like the snatches, the swings.. that you can still practice if your want to btw

For warming-up you do few minutes of jumping jacks, then this workout

For the shoulder pressing movement don't do a strict press, do a push press, meaning with a light kick from your legs, a cheating press basically

Here are tutorials for the swings and snatches if you want to practice it

Keep in mind than that type of training built athletes like wrestlers and mma fighters and that the strength and cardio you'll get from that, can give you an advantage if you want to start an other sport like classic weightlifting or running etc since you've had already developped some conditioning prior.

Thank u bro :blobdance:

As for the weights, do u think 2 25lb kettlebells would be fine to start with? I’d rather not go the adjustable route cause i find those a bit uncomfortable to use

Ideal if you have double kettlebells but it can be done with one if you haven't planned to invest rn

I like my adjustable kettlebells wdym ? You mean the cheap cheap one who look like a dumbelle with a handle and you load basic weight plates i presume ?

I use the exact same design references except the grey is blue and it's an other brand but the weight plates are inside the kettlebell

Omg yes that’s a wayy better design than what I’ve seen before jfl, like the one I saw had the plates exposed, I’d be scared of it falling on me :bongotap:

Thanks for all the info and recs Tony bhaiskiiii :rainbowpls::rainbowpls: I’ll let u know how it goes:catjam:
