Dont think that reading any special self improvement books or watching some random youtuber is going to help you. Just put your phone away. Make your bed and pull the blinds up every morning. Uninstall social media when youre not using it, even if downloading and deleting it daily gets annoying when you have to communicate with people. After a while, it will start feeling normal instead of boring.

i used to be fat and over weight and i would procrastinate losing weight and going out and doing things, what really made me lock in was the realization of how much potential we as people have and i realized if i don’t chase and try my hardest to achieve that potential im fucking myself and i think it’s a crime to not allow yourself to achieve that potential, that’s really what made me stop procrastinating hope this helps you

Make dedicated rest times and be conscious of procrastination triggers. Don't bring your phone to the toilet or the bed, just keep it at barely arms length. Also you can make the lock-in face, we have psychological responses to our facial expressions. Lastly, it may be a no brainer but just don't think about it or put yourself in situations where you think about procrastinating or stopping it, just do it , you are just reinforcing that mental pipeline.

Buy oats and eggs for sustenance in case you don't have time or energy for cooking. If your meal prep takes longer than 30 minutes a day, you are doing it wrong. Wasting time makes it easier for you to waste time, because you have time to make excuses.
