    Do I have a forward grown Maxilla?

    Had to wait till the weight came down. Skin is sagging and still some excess there, but best I can do with two 12kg dumbbells and a treadmill. 18kg in 4 months. Forward maxilla present or can't tell because of skin sagging around said area?
